"Welcomed and Upgraded"

We needed a place to land for about a month while my boyfriend checked out a job. Tina, Monica, Jason, and staff did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one. We were able to choose the room that would work best for us and it was even upgraded. During our stay all of the beds and TVs were replaced with brand new ones for the whole place. Tina who is the head manager always made me feel welcomed and she is the reason why we chose this particular Extended Stay hotel. This hotel is in a safe location and is also close to great food!

Monica and Candice are both awesome!! They are both always polite and professional.., they know their jobs and always get me check on on time. I like the esa prices, but their smiles are the reason I come back. Other chains sometimes have a snooty receptionist, but the staff here are always friendly.

Everything was perfect!

There is no public toilet in the lobby area. The staff let me use theirs, which was much appreciated after a 4 hour ride.

"Nice Place!"

Great customer service! Did not use any amenities or breakfast. Was on a one nite visit to see family. Room was clean and comfortable. Had one issue, those damn keycards didn't work, twice! Ms. Monica helped us and she is an asset to the company! Go Team lake Mary ESA!
