"The staff was wonderful in a very uncomfortable situation."

Completely clean and great staff.

The elevator was down my entire stay and the only rooms available were on the 2nd floor. The promised repair date was pushed out twice. I understand the need for parts but not being able to truly help expedite a repair in the service industry indicates a deeper corporate issue.

"We were there at an unfortunate time, with a water problem. Otherwise, ok."

The location was perfect; very convenient. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, good pillows. Quite area.

The room heater was too noisy in the middle of the night. The people on the floor above could be heard, especially the footsteps in the middle of the night. there was no water in the room (for shower, toilet, etc) at wakeup; at the front desk, we were told that a water line break required total water isolation. No shower; no use of toilet...The breakfast provided was a joke; bottled water and a few very stale processed packaged muffins.

Location and price are a good vlaue. Very clean.

Check in staff quite un friendly. We felt as if we were bothering her. There was a misunderstanding on our registration name. Her default was it was our issue and we were not registered and she never asked any clarifying questions. When i tried to show her our reservation on my phone, she did not want to see it. Very little customer service attitude IMHO.
