Very sub not continental breakfast that I have experienced

Good stay

Minimal breakfast so did not partake- no juice or tea. Staff helpful and prompt to respond to needs. Polite .

Pillows toofirm and big. The kitchen are was worn .

Great location. Close to a lot of food and shopping.

Rooms are clean. Hotel is quiet and close to restaurants and stores.

Location near purpose of visit. Located away from highway noise.

My room was filthy. Vinyl floor was sticky in both kitchenette and bathroom. Had to wipe it clean with a wet bath towel and it turned black from the dirty floor. Room smelled like a dirty mop. Floor lamp and wall mounted lights were unplugged and had to move furniture to plug them in. Had to unplug to turn off. Shower apparatus was disassembled and lying under vanity. Moths in room. Mattress very hard. No plates, glasses or silverware in kitchen. Arrived late and tired and hotel was fully booked so didn’t make a fuss, but the room was unacceptable at any price. Wish I’d thought to take pictures!

The staff was friendly and accommodating

Overall, the facility was unclean. The refrigerator was rusted and carpet exceedingly dirty. The first room that I checked into had not been cleaned after the prior party left. The staff was very kind to move me to another room, but it was slow and inconvenient.

The bed was very comfortable

It was not very, bad smelled it smelled dirty and it was not very clean. The staff was not very friendly. Needs some repairs especially the elevator seemed very old and dirty. We left a sweater in the room and went back to get it and never was found, I’m surprised there is no lost and found area.
