Unfortunately they didn't have the double bed room I booked. However they were more than accommodating and helped make my check in great.

We were so unhappy with this hotel that we left the next morning after checking in.

Aproved ground floor room occupied, 2nd floor room had no refrigerator, 1 bath towel for a 2 occupation room for 4 day stay ,toilet needed to use plunger after every use ,phone didn't work ,office was closed when I left for the show & closed when I returned,it took 2 hours to check in causing me to miss half of show 1st night,the food I brought from home spoiled because the promised refrigerator never showed up,the purchased food & drinks cost me alot more than I expected,,,worst experience ever BE WARE ...

It was a nice place all remodeled room were very nice and updated would refer people to this property it was clean and comfortable. I would give it a 9 out of 10.

I'm very upset because I was lied to they took a 301$ payment off my card, and I had it setup to pay at the front desk, I was lied to by the lady at the front desk she said she would put it back on my card and never did so I'm probably going to contact the attorney general office because if it states pay at the front desk and they took the payment before that day that means I was mislead to get the hotel and the money that was took from my card was going to be to feed my children so I had to struggle I just want my money back that she told me she would put it back on my card and that was very misleading. I'm 66 years old and on a breathing machine and had bell pausey a little while back I can't deal with this I guess I'll have to get an attorney.

The property canceled the reservation because I did not show up by 7pm. Do not stay here

Didn't even choose to stay I left before checking in and still was charged
