Beds and towels were clean

Not having hot water the stink bugs

Quiet atmosphere friendly staff

The property looked clean from the outside but after I entered to check in and spoke to the person working, he informed me my room was unavailable because I didn't pay in advance. I told him i had previously booked and reserved through expedia. His response was because I didn't pay up front they didn't reserve my room. He then proceeded to give me directions to a nearby hotel and wished me good luck on finding a room. I responded with why should i be directed to another hotel when i had already had a room reserved there, he said there's nothing i can do for you sir, after finding another hotel and paying for the room, this property tried to bill my card for whatever reason. Now I'm not sure if it was a cancelation fee or what but luckily they weren't able to charge me.

There was no cold water in the room at all

No room service throughout my 4night stay

Staff was courteous and friendly. Lobby hours s little strange (11a - 7p) but service exceptional. Room was refurbished but needs a few fixed. Need a bedside table and microwave handle. Kitchenette a bit dated but everything worked.

The stuff was nice

It took 3 trips to the office to find a room ready that had a refrigerator and microwave. The Desk clerk was nice, but 3 trips back and forth was a little too much. Very noisy room and the curtains didn’t fully cover the window. The a/c heater combination didn't work very well, very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was inexpensive but you get what you pay for. A plus was there are several nearby places to eat and shop.
