"Terrible experience"

This was the most horrible hotel experience I’ve ever had. We did receive an email regarding check in but was never told we would lose our reservation if we arrived after 7 pm. Plus the hotel charges our credit card anyway. It was a terrible experience. Never reserve a room here!!

"Skip it if possible"

Got there after 4 and the office was locked. Kept waiting so we could check in. No fridge in the room. I was charged a $100 deposit which still hasn’t been returned even though nothing was wrong with the room. Went to check out the next morning and the office was again closed saying it wouldn’t open until 11am. Also they’re fully closed on Sunday. How do you run a hotel like that? Was forced to sign Ana agreement that they could enter the room at any time. Had to physically life up the door to get it to actually lock

Room was clean and our area was quiet. Some outdoor areas were louder and smelled like marijuana. Only some rooms have the listed amenities. We did NOT have a refrigerator. This was not seen as a problem by the staff. Our room also did NOT have a working shower. When the maintenance did not fix it, they did provide a different room to shower in.

"Great Property"

We arrived at 7:03 p.m. The manager was so gracious and checked us right in. He showed us our room and we gad a Great Stay! Room was clean, well stocked and perfect. We left at 7:00 a.m. and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
