Customer Service was excellent and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed

The pillows are flat need to buy some different pillows. They need to clean rooms and wash cloths better. Our shower and door to bathroom had hair all over the shower wall and door.

Very pleasant stay in a very spacious, clean and quiet room with parking right outside your door. This very convenient for those with health issues and disabilities. No stair climbing a plus and a blessing.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

The extra "damages fee has not been removed from my credit card yet.. The room smelled like weed.
