"When my house had an electric fire"

The staff became an extended family toward me. The respect and support they gave me. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay worthwhile and enjoyable

Breakfast offered numerous options, and place was VERY neat and clean! Also had staff who was very responsive to any questions / concerns. Also, the Baymont was pretty quiet - which I appreciated!

While I did run into a malfunctioning card key lock on my door, it was fixed the same day I requested service for it - which was Thanksgiving day (wow :-)!

Room smelled of mold. Mold all over AC unit. Dirty qtip with ear wax in AC unit. Bug on bed. Spider on wall. The mold smell was overwhelming. We stayed 15 minutes and left!

"Good nights sleep"

Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time at dinner in Greenwood. The room was nice just needs an additional chair.
