great clean rooms, we always book here when we are heading north

Rooms had stink bugs every were coming from the top of the walls spiders all around the building not a good place to stay

Everything was dirty and they don’t have towels and the bed smell so bad

The staff was very friendly. But they never had clean towels

Breakfast was minimal.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’ll make it short and leave out the other horrid, such as the door was broken from being kicked in in the past it seemed. I was there for work after having driving 3300 miles towing a commercial trailer. I was tired. I went down to the front desk to ask about a late checkout while still early in the morning and well before checkout time. When I entered my room, my door was open and 3 derelict looking people were in my room with all of my belongings strewn all over the floor. They were in the midst of stealing my items and ran out. Left their iPhone. I went down to the front desk and demanded to speak to a manager or owner and was denied, even though I told them what happened. Called 911. Three squad cars came. The police determined that the phone belonged to a repeat offender who worked as a made for the hotel. They stole a few of my items, but most importantly a critical medication which they obviously would not return. I ended up having to go to the ER about 12 hours later as a result and spent the night in critical care at the hospital to get stabilized. When I returned the next day; I asked the front desk for a refund and was yelled at. I demanded a managers phone number, was denied again. The officer stated that their workers who broke in had committed an obvious felony of larceny and that they were repeat offenders in and out of the local prison. They are still employed there. Stay away at all costs.

Some staff did nit have patientance when asking questions.
