The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. If you like the area and are looking for a quiet neighbourhood, book another hotel nearby instead.

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The property does not match the photos and appears to be poorly maintained. The common areas were dirty, and the room cleaning was below acceptable standards. The air conditioning did not work, which alone is a very good reason to avoid this hotel, especially during warmer periods. As for the breakfast, I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to try it after seeing the overall condition of the place. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Las vistas a la torre desde la terraza de noche, y el paseo al centro e la villa es agradable, y el barrio es bueno y tranquilo. La ropa de cama y el desayuno es aceptable.

No había aire acondicionado porque estaba roto, sin mayores explicaciones, nos pusieron un ventilador. Preguntamos si estaba previsto que lo arreglaran y no nos dieron respuesta. y Había ola de calor, y era insufrible sobre todo de dia o en la sala del desayuno. Yo creo que sabían que no funcionaba ya antes de la reserva y por eso era un poco mas económico que el resto, sin ser barato. Las fotos son mucho mas bonitas que la realidad, aunque el hotel está bien para ser Paris. Nuestra habitación premium daba a un lateral y no a la torre.
