"Nice hotel great staff, could be brilliant with a bit of work"

Staff were all lovely. Good location. Plenty of transport options. 24 hr reception. Nice locality. Nice breakfast

Aircon only worked randomly. Needs a bit of Tender Loving Care. Light broken in our room. Chairs on terrace bit dilapidated. No tips on pool cues. More variety on breakfast - where were the pancakes pictured on website ?
