Clean hotel. Need some renovations but amazing location. Close to convention center train station and downtown

es un hotel algo antiguo pero con ubicación perfecta. Si uno quiere pasar por la manzana mormona, creo no hay otro hotel más cercano. Una excelente opción centrica.

Our room with huge king-size bed and jacuzzi

The rest of the property felt well cared for but our bathroom in our room was pretty bad. The area around the shower drain was dirty and the second you turned the shower on the drain was very clogged and immediately started filling the tub. No one wants to stand in a tub getting stopped up from something in the drain, doesn’t feel very hygienic. Staff was nice but I do think the shower needs to be maintained just as much as everything else!

We wanted a room that looked down on Temple Square. Instead, the staff gave us a room next to a large window that gave us that view. Very kind.

City view is a little loud from the train

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Air conditioning unit was great in the summer heat. Amenities were provided, except for a percolator. Breakfast is NOT free, prices vary for food and drinks for sale in the lobby. There is one source of drinking water, located in lobby. Connecting door between rooms was narrow and heavy, two people in our party had their hand injured by the door. The parking garage ceiling is too low for average vehicles. The ceiling height is below 6 feet 4 inches. My car was damaged by the hanging rail upon entering the regular parking area. The hotel should advise about this upon check in and provide space for higher vehicles to park in their reserved space with a much higher height clearance.
