"okay for the night, wouldn’t go back"

location was great

the hot tub wasn’t working with no notice or information, couldn’t open the balcony door and the parking charge wasn’t mentioned to us at the reception (although it states on the website)

The only issue we had was the scanner to get in and out of the parking garage, which apparently doesnt belong to the hotel...it didnt work correctly most of the time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Salt Lake Plaza. It was a great value for the money. A bit outdated, but friendly staff, very comfortable bed and clean.

The lobby and front of the property are a bit dated, but the hotel is in a great location! Staff were helpful and friendly, and the bed was SO comfortable. Very convenient to downtown and many restaurants, transportation and shopping!!
