There was no breakfast

Hotel was dirty, bed linens was not clean

The price was good and the overall building was clean

The room had a smell and the outside of the hotel had a few people that appeared homeless walking around

Room smelled musty ....some of the wall areas needed simple plaster repairs ...bedside lamp shade needed changing to new one (rust stains and holes)...lots of disturbing noises in the hallway overnight ....iron was broken and fell apart when trying to take out of the closet door...refrigerator was leaking water on floor towards bed floor area....my apologies for the negative comments, but just being honest ... simple changes can make a big difference....hopefully all can be fixed for the next visitor's stay ....hope this helps

The person staffed at the desk was patient about my booking not having shown up yet. There was a bed in the room. That's about it.

The air conditioner was leaking (and I mean there was a lake on the floor), the bed was extremely squeaky, the couch was saggy, and some of the lamps only had one bulb in them.

I liked the location in proximity to where we needed to be. It is close to family and to stores and restaurants.

We stayed at this location before when it was Comfort Inn, a little over 4 years ago It was nice, so we decided to stay there again this time from our previous experience. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the pictures online are deceiving. The chairs are different and they are worn. The breakfast area doesn't look anything like the pictures either. So we checked in & were given a key to room 201. To our understanding this is a smoke free hotel. We got the key & went directly to the room and opened the door, it immediately smelled of cigarette smoke. So, we went back down to the front desk as we could not call them as there is no telephone in there. We explained to the front desk clerk our issues with the room & he took me back upstairs to verify what I was saying & gave us the room next door, Room 202, As we went into to the room the smoke smell was not there. We put our bags down & proceeded to enter the room. I ALWAYS CHECK EVERYTHING before taking any items out of my bag. We went into the bathroom, there appeared to be mold underneath of the glass on the sink, the toilet paper roll holders were missing their bars, so the toilet paper was just sitting on the sink. They have us one set of towels per person for a 3-night stay. The smoke detector was not attached to the ceiling but was sitting in the closet. The curtains had a big rip in them. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. The pillows on the bed were the size of a throw pillows & the pillowcases were wrapped around them & tucked around. We went downstairs to ask for additional pillows as there was no phone to call the front desk. We were given 1 additional regular sized pillow for 2 people with no case. I asked for additional towels to be brought to our room & they never were. The next morning, we decided to try breakfast. DON'T DO IT.

I did not like much at all about this room.

We had no ice bucket no cups. We asked for extra towels could not get them we asked for pillows could not get them we asked for soap they gave us lotion. The bed had a dent and was damaged. The air conditioning barely came on. The flooring was damaged from somebody mopping. Room 203 was horrible. Because the only good thing about this room is that had a hot shower.
