Se me olvidaron unos productos (shampoo medicado, jabón,y acondicionador) en el baño... Cuando me di cuenta fui a buscarlos y me dijeron que no había nada. La habitación tenía cocina pero no habían ollas

The rooms were not freshly cleaned. The televisions don’t work in either of the rooms I had. The WiFi is spotty. Parking is sparse. Website says no animals. There were animals there. The also require a cash deposit that is not mentioned when booking so you’ll have to leave and get that before they give you keys. You also have to wait for them to check the room before they give you the deposit back BUT, you have to ask for it. They will let you leave without it.

I was turnt away by the manager who claimed my card declined. I paid by booking dot com travel credit had a confirmation number and everything. He scammed me and I had no room or stay. Booking dot com is making me wait 48 hours until the speak to the property. Why would this owner be honest ? This is a terrible run buisness.
