Clean and convenient/close to a couple different cities.

I like everything about this place

The room facilities are a bit worn down, especially the bathroom and tub/shower. The hotel is definitely in need of room updates. The breakfast was excellent - great options, fantastic food!

First, the pros. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was very clean and well kept with actually good eggs, and the lobby area presented very well. The coffee station was available and refreshed all day. The staff and day-to-day operations gets 5 stars from me. However, the rooms were disappointing. I know "suite" is often used loosely, but the only thing beyond a regular room was a really hard couch and a coffee table/ottoman. I would expect a suite to at least have a wet bar so you can rinse a cup while someone is in the bathroom. There was also no table to eat at, just a desk with a dangerously reclining chair. It's amazing to me how little hotels actually think about their guests. This room that supposedly slept 6 had one single drawer in the place, and there was one modest towel bar over the sink in the bathroom. There was a closet and a few open shelves, but the three of us basically had to live out of suitcases and use extra towels because we couldn't dry them out. I also judge hotels by the price-point, so my expectations were higher than for like LQ, but less than for like Marriott or Hilton.

Good size room, location is great, breakfast wasn't super well stocked, lots of goose droppings outside of hotel.
