"Mixed experience – great location, but facilities need improvement"

The property is in a very convenient location—just a short walk to Walmart, food outlets, and other essential facilities, which made things easier during my stay. Overall, the location is definitely a strong point. The staff were reasonable and generally helpful, which I appreciated.

I had to ask for the room to be cleaned upon arrival, which was not a great start. For the price, I expected better. The swimming pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos, and the fitness area was quite underwhelming—just a couple of treadmills, no weights or other equipment. The pictures on the site are definitely misleading. The lift is very old and incredibly slow—it took a long time just to get from the first to the second floor. Because of this, I ended up moving to a ground floor room to avoid the wait. Overall, the experience didn’t match what was advertised, and I left feeling a bit let down.
