I paid for 5 guess but couldnt get towels and washclothes for all guest they said they didn't have any clean ones and that they would bring some as soon as they did and that never happened

This hotel was a bit rundown and not exceptionally clean. It stands out with colorful murals of Mississippi greats in civil rights; music; sports; etc on each of the guest floors. But why spend the money there? Otherwise, it needs a great deal of sprucing. Beyond that, it was also not exceptionally clean. I found a hair lip, from another guest, on a dusty lamp. It made me wonder what else was there. The service was spotty; you often walk up to the front desk to find employees engaged in obvious personal telephone or in-person conversations. It just was not a customer-centered professional atmosphere.

I loved the visit,,,I would come again and again 😊 We utilized the pool ,,it was very clean and peaceful,,not over crowed either ,,,and the BREAKFAST WAS PLENTIFUL AND DELICIOUS 💜💜💜👍🏿💯💯💯💯

"Unpleasant Stay – Would Not Recommend"

My recent stay at Baymont was extremely disappointing. During check-in, the manager’s wife reassured us that things had improved under new management. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The room had a strong foul odor upon arrival, and it was not cleaned at all during our stay. Housekeeping only showed up after two separate requests—and even then, they didn’t take out the trash. To make matters worse, there were random people roaming the halls at all hours, which made us feel uneasy. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Clean, but dated. Upgrades are definitely needed. The parking lot is ragged, and it gives the feeling of being in the hood. The location is clean, the staff is friendly, however the hotel itself needs a facelift
