The air conditioner rattled! Staff came and stuffed a towel so it wouldn't be so loud. We found a huge (I think it was a bettle) and clogged bath tub. The room also smelled.

Property was nice, clean and smelled nice Staff was friendly and helpful! Only complaint was the breakfast was ok at best. No OJ, hot food was empty an hour after breakfast opened.

The staff, especially the front desk male employee, were extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. The food was delicious too. Me, my spouse, and my dog all enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Brockport NY
