Best Western Brockport Inn & Suites

Friendly staff and location, breakfast had many options, clean room.

Years ago, when it was Dollingers, there were options for spa rooms. They also had laugh lines newspaper and more localized attraction information.

I liked the staff they seemed friendly. I believe it was the housekeeper that let us in our room when the cards wouldn't work.

Upon entering the first day the shower didnt look clean. Which made me a little suspicious about the cleanliness. The breakfast was very underwhelming. Our cards would not register to our room on the second day there.

I have been trying to get ahold of the manager, I stayed the previous weekend,I had an emergency back at home, so I had to cut my stay,I did not stay two nights, only one night, waiting on refund for that stay, I then spoke to staff following weekend and still no luck,phones are messed up there I'm told, I hurt my back and was not able to stay the second night, I went to urgent care and was directed to go to hospital for further care, I have not gotten reimbursed for the one night last weekend and this one night this past weekend stay. Also my stay last weekend there was dog urine in the bathroom not cleaned up and bathroom was not cleaned,dusty,hair and chunk of hair in tub.
