Best Western Brockport Inn & Suites

Could use improvement.

the bakery items could be fresher not wrapped for freshness

The staff was so friendly !! The hotel was immaculately clean !! Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. We will be back !! The manager was so very kind to us weary travelers upon check in.

The bathroom was dirty,looked like animal peed in the bathroom

Didn't bother with breakfast. Had no gluten free options of any substance. There was a dog barking left in a room down the hall. However, all of the bean counters at corporate don't understand any of this and will punish good staff based on a bad survey to keep all of the money in their pockets.

The location of the best Western in Brockport was good. It was close to restaurants and shopping and parking was exceptionally good. The staff were very very friendly answered my questions and were able to provide for my needs very well.

I like the property I think on the second floor the small aisle that led to the elevator was unmarked, and I walked by it several times lighted directional light on the ceiling. You know that said elevators would be good, but that's a small thing.
