Quality Inn Belton - Kansas City South

Service is very good. Room is clean and comfortable. We were disappointed in breakfast. Nice buffet, but it wasn't adequately stocked. Roomy area for breakfast and plenty to choose from when it is stocked.

Rats running across the floor. All night long bugs In the bed means the kids could stay there they were ride and wouldn't refund my 91$ do t go to this place.

Continent location, right off interstate and a 2-3 miles from my sister’s duplex

It was all great!!! Maybe a freezer in the fridge? But I survived without refreezing my ice block for my return trip home the next day.

Room #108 had Roaches of many different sizes. We have stayed there numerous times over the past 10 years.

Then entry to the hotel smelled and was very outdated. The breakfast was minimal and not hot. The room was very clean and well stocked.

For the price of the room it was better than expected, customer service was exceptional.

Good location

The breakfast buffet could use an attendant. It was quite messy and ran out of items continuously. We had to go ask at the front desk for more eggs, sausage, milk, etc. and then wait for more to be prepared. The food offered was exactly the same every day for the 4 days we stayed there, scrambled eggs and link sausage. Also, the food was not very hot. There was hot water but no packs of instant hot cereals. Two days there was yogurt and some apples and then there was none on the other days. There was no utensil to pick up the unwrapped biscuits or muffins. People were just reaching into the storage shelf and picking them up with their hands. Also be aware that there is no elevator; the inside stairs are very steep. We were upstairs for the first night and downstairs for three nights. Every night we stayed downstairs there were the same people smoking skunk weed in a car parked outside of our room's window, The smell came into our room. The clerk at the front desk said there was nothing to be done about it as long as they were smoking outside. Maybe a smoking area away from the building would work to keep the smell down? The entire motel could use a deep cleaning. There were some very dusty areas in our rooms. The towels were very nice and were replaced daily.

The staff was very good and it was very clean.

I know I am being picky, the picture on the wall had a broken glass.
