Love Thursday it was a great location. The only minor complaint was that there were guests in the adjoining room and the wall/door meant They were very loud in the middle of the night.

On the whole great experience but the tv in the room did not work correctly. No reception. So we called housekeeping. Had to call twice and the second time some one came out to fix. Other than that great experience
The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very nice and helpful. Food at restaurants was very good. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise at night because our room was facing a main road.
We had 2 parliament view rooms booked. The rooms were nice, however there was no on site parking- valet or otherwise. Which was very difficult to manage with children and suitcases

We had a great relaxing stay, the staff was fantastic and special shout out to Emily who was very polite and professional. The room was large and comfortable but some issues with the old building structure (the bathroom door would not close completely as the frame and dorr were no longer aligned) and rusty hinges detracted from the 5 star experience. Room service was fast and accommodating. Overall great stay
