Location. Once we changed room we loved it. Bell services took care of our luggage from our room to our cruise ship.

We were allocated a room that was dated and did not match the photos on booking.com. We asked to change room and this was accommodated.

Great 3 day stay. Great location on the Waterfront & easy to walk to city sights. Lovely room though I booked a harbour view room & I was rather disappointed to just see cranes, tankers & storage containers rather than boats & yachts!

Location was fantastic

My daughter had a very bad reaction to the chemicals used in the pool and her feet were cut very badly on the bottoms. When I told the front desk at checkout they didn’t care at all.
