El personal es excelente(te resuelven cualquier necesidad que se te presente , incluidos servicios fuera del hotel por servicios con los q no cuenta el mismo).Crean un ambiente muy relajante El hall:muy espacioso ,mucha luz natural,una decoración muy agradable El desayuno buffet es muy completo y saludable La ubicación La insonorización de la habitación

La habitación entregada es pequeña si vas con equipaje porque debes usar el espacio a un lado de la cama con lo q no abriría una parte del armario.El baño no cuenta con asideros en la ducha con lo q corres el peligro de resbalarte .No corresponde en este sentido al precio pagado por noche

"An exceptionally good hotel in Europe"

As is well known, the service in Europe tends to be pretty bad, at least in comparison to other parts of the world. As a frequent traveler, I have always struggled with the quality of service in Europe. However, Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid is a genuine exception and is a gem of a hotel! My stay was fairly short but I had one of the best experiences! Hotel itself is historic and iconic, and is located in the best part of Madrid. Very walkable and many tourist sites within a short distance. Also, many restaurants and cafes near by including some really nice chocolate shops! I was received very well by the front staff, check in was quick and efficient, and one of the managers walked me to the room. I was upgraded to a suite which was unexpected but highly appreciated, and there was a nice welcome letter and several welcome amenities in the room. Very graceful and generous! Room service menu was fairly big with plenty of options, delivery was quick and the food was delicious. Breakfast was phenomenal though I couldn’t try much as I had to rush to the airport but the buffet was humongous and the service was top class. I wanted to mention this specifically because breakfast can be chaotic even at some of the most luxurious (and expensive) hotels, but these guys have done a fantastic job! Check out was quick and the bell staff were awesome! Overall, I would say this was one of my best stays! If I ever get a chance again, I would love to spend more time here. Highly recommend!
