Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Northeast

Our particular room (219) was next to the elevator. It was a bit noisy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. $13 is pricey for for the offering.

Naomi at the front desk was the best part of our stay! She was very helpful from the moment we arrived!! From dinner recommendations, directions and sharing her favorite local spots. She always greeted us with a smile :)

Friendly staff upon entering the building and the hotel was very clean and even smelled clean.

There’s wasn’t free breakfast especially for the very large group of students we traveled with.

My wife and i had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. Room was awesome and staff was great.

I stayed here for one night in July 2024. It met all my basic needs. The most important being the location as it was on the northeast part of Cincinnati so I was that much closer to getting out of the area in the morning on my way back to Maryland. It was quiet, remote, and removed from the business of the city. I was charged $138.60 before taxes for the King Bed room. An additional $19.06 in taxes (13.75% per room per night) was then added. Parking is NOT FREE here. They charged $3.87 for parking per night, deceptively calling it "miscellaneous allowances" on your hotel receipt. Then, they tax that as well. The hotel only informs you that they charge for self-parking after you make a reservation. It is listed all the way at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail just before the small print. This is easily overlooked and not noticed by consumers. I AM SPECIFICALLY CALLING IT OUT because I believe in total price transparency.
