Nothing toilet didn’t flush properly no room housekeeping in 3 days fitness machines 3 did not work pool closed for repair

Comfortable bed. Quiet.

The staff are AMAZING! The chef and Naomi at the front desk are the reason why I keep coming back to this hotel! They are the kindest people ever!

No streaming like Netflix or YouTube and the cable tv is limited to just a handful of channels.

This hotel is just off the interstate but isolated from restaurants or shopping areas. Unlike other HGI hotels, no water bottles were provided. A big downside was the water temperature in the shower…it was warm but never got hot. The room was comfortable and appeared clean but there were cobwebs in the ceiling corner.

Parking fee charged at check out . Hair on the shower floor . Doesn’t accept cash , breakfast was not included . But the bartender does accept cash tips . Cheaper rooms in surrounding properties with breakfast included . If you’re paying 225 dollars at least include breakfast and have the shower clear of someone elses short and curly hairs .

This is an excellent hotel. The staff is superb. The minute you walk into the door. My husband and I had to leave our home. The water was off in our new community. We are seniors. We packed our bags. Moved to this beautiful hotel. We have stayed at other hotels in the Cincinnati area. This is a 5 star. Thank you.
