"Family could not use the pool"

No pool. Told us to go to their milford location to use the pool. We are hilton honors members. The lady serving breakfast was really nice.

"The property is in a quiet area, but far away from everything."

The property was clean and well maintained.

The price on Booking .com did not include the mandatory parking fee of $4.13. I'm glad I didn't prepay for breakfast, the only hot food was oatmeal, the $8 cold breakfast was Froot Loops and sad looking bagels. By booking through Booking.com, I was not able to receive Hilton Honors points for the stay (per the manager). The room did not include an in-room safe.

"Gousekeeping needs improvement"

Front desk staff was very efficient and polite. Thehousekeeping was not so great. I did not get fresh towels or trash removal until day 4 of my 5 days stay. It was clearly posted that those services would occur every other day. Unfortunately that was not the case
