The breakfast was okay. Staff were very nice, & the coffee is very good. My room was serviceable & comfortable enough, but too dark. An overhead light would have been very helpful.

Property was convenient to my work location. Was clean, comfortable and breakfast was good.

I did not appreciate FoxNews being played in the lobby. It’s highly offensive. They have admitted to lying and calling it “News”. You don’t settle a $700M lawsuit if you are not guilty. Plus they are being sued again. I would hope that Hilton would be better than this but I guess not.

Over all very convenient for me

This felt like a Holiday Inn not a Hilton they don’t care about your member status. They treat you like a cash transaction. They charge $14 for breakfast. That is usually free at Hilton. The pool was not working in July. They charge for parking and they also tried to add taxes to my stay after I had already paid my taxes when I booked our door would not lock when we closed it. We had to force it shut. This hotel is not up to Hilton standards. Also racial comments on the wall in the fitness center bathroom.

I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Cincinnati, but none compare—and after this recent trip, I’m convinced this place is in a league of its own. I don’t even look elsewhere anymore. Every time I’m in town, I book here without hesitation because I know it’ll be a great stay. But this trip? By far the best I’ve ever had. The staff made it unforgettable. Everyone was so fun, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to be around—we didn’t even want to leave the hotel to explore. The people here were the experience. We came for a weekend business trip as usual, but it felt more like a weekend with friends. The weekend staff was welcoming from the jump, the rooms were spotless, and the whole environment had that perfect mix of laid-back and cared-for. Breakfast is the only meal they serve, but it’s fire. Always fresh and done right. The kind of breakfast you actually look forward to. The bartender? Top-tier. Great energy, made the evenings feel cozy and social in the best way. And major props to Manager Michael—whatever he’s doing behind the scenes, it’s working. You can tell there’s strong leadership and pride in this place. This hotel has officially become our home base in Cincy. And honestly? We didn’t want to leave. Already counting down until next time.

The hotel needs repairs. Room was nice, but handicapped shower leaked all over the floor. And I mean all over. The following things were broken, pool, exterior exit door at end of hallway, and coffee machine in lobby. Staff was great.

We picked this hotel for the pool. And of course the pool was closed. It was never mentioned on their site, no discount on our stay. And breakfast isn’t free. It’s $14 for hit breakfast and $8 for cold breakfast, per person.
