Hampton Inn St. Robert/Ft. Leonard Wood

Close to eatting and shopping. If you are going to Fort Leonard wood Army Graduation its very close! Needed more for breakfast choices.

All of the staff went above & beyond, especially the ladies at the front desk. They graciously assisted my need to care for my elderly Mother and accomodated an extra, unexpected guest.

Was overall pleased with staff! Super sweet and professional.

The hotel was clean, but the toilet seat would not stay on and the bed was terrible. We stayed here with our dog, and according to the Hotels.com website, it was pet friendly. There was no mention of a fee. When we checked in, they charged us a pet fee and said nothing about it. We later learned we were charged $75 for a pet fee. If I had known that we would not have stayed here. $218 for one night is ridiculous. We tried to work with the hotel to remove it, but they would not do it. Go somewhere else if you have a pet.

The area around just need some more work in making the area look a little nicer. This aren’t has definitely changed in 15 years since we were here. Growing up and starting look better.

Very nice staff, super clean, nice clean rooms good choice of breakfast. My absolute only complaint is that the maids did not clean our room at all after our first night nor was our beds made or new towels added. I had to go request towels myself. Everything else was perfect.
