"BED BUGS"

Discovered on day 2 of 4. Moved to another room that was off the lobby floor and was incredibly noisy. Light coming through the front door. Listening to breakfast happening from 6-10am. Furnace that made slamming door noises each time the heat or air turned off. Woke me up several times in the middle of the night. Still looked for bed bugs as they can move through electrical sockets. Was not comfortable. Although the front desk staff was very nice, the hotel GM had zero sympathy other than to confirm a minor discount (I should have been fully refunded). Hilton hotels will be hearing from me. AVOID THIS PLACE. Also it’s overpriced.

All of the staff were over the top nice and accommodating , esp KJ who checked us in on our after 11Pm arrival. I left something important in the rm and the young girl that check us out made it her mission to retrieve it for me. Breakfast was fine, it’s continental, coffee and the hot tea were great . Clean facility, close to Fort Leonard Wood gates, would stay there again if needed and recommend it for anyone.
