looks a little dated but overall ok, no shuttle service to airport

The reception staff employees were very nice and tried their best to help as there was a leak in our room the first time we stayed there earlier the month, but they did not have other rooms available.

They property doesn't reply to messages, there is NO free shuttle, the wrong info is provided and Booking says it is the hotel's fault. We have asked multiple times also to the upper management to cancel this reservation free of charge due to the wrong info (we stayed there on our way and this was on the way back). I am still waiting for a response, keep emailing. Booking also does not help to get our refund nor take any ownership of the wrong info provided, which is the reason why we reserved it for both ways (Houston was not our final destination) to begin with.

No shuttle to airport apparently.

We ended up stuck in Houston due to several delays and an eventual cancellation of our flight. By the time we got to the gate agents, told us they ran out of hotel space, but gave us a list of nearby hotels to reach out to. I called The Hampton Inn Houston/Humble-Airport and the woman answering the phone, was both kind and courteous. She was empathetic and told me she could get us a room, if we hurried over. I booked online to ensure we got a room. It was 4am by the time we arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by Ms. Quinn Ashley. She was such a wonderful person, very animated and personable. She turned our bad situation into a good one and for that we were grateful. Another family was in the lobby waiting, as their flight was canceled too and I witnessed her interaction with them to be consistent with ours. She was wearing many hats that evening, cleaning the lobby, managing the front desk, running the night audit, but she never made us feel like an imposition. We were a little worried about the room, because the pictures on the site looked very dated, despite the fact I read that the hotel had been renovated. Thankfully, the picture did not depict what the room actually looked like. It's an older property, but it was clean and that's what was most important. We were just happy to have a place to lay our heads. It was close and convenient to the airport, making it easy to return our rental car and catch our next flight. The lobby was quiet, as was our room. We got a great price online. They offered all the bathroom amenities. The hotel suited our needs under the circumstances and it was nice not to have to drive all the way back downtown. Thanks for saving the day!

Bed was comfortable and gym was decent.

It was located close to the airport. Large selection for breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Most disappointing Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. Hotel does NOT have an airport shuttle even though the 3rd party booking site I used said it did. We wound up taking an Uber to and from the airport. Hotel is right off the freeway and it was very noisy all night. When we were trying to check in the clerk couldn’t get the key card machine to work. After waiting 15 minutes for her to try to check in the person in front of us, we left our bags and went to dinner. Came back 90 minutes later and still not working so she had to use her master key to let us into our room and then we had no key,
