Hampton Inn South Heritage Park

The room was very clean, and beds were so comfortable ! The pool was nice along with a decent sized hottub! Free cookies and ice water as you walk in at front desk too. Other snacks and drinks along with alcohol beverages are available at front desk as well. Loved the brightly colored themes in the rooms! Also the TV had a greeting on the screen that had my name and said welcome which was pretty neat too!

It was just a tad bit hard to find. But not a big deal at all! And also the frint desk staff was not the friendliest or warmest during the night time hours. She always had a frown upon her face as we walked by unfortunately.

The hotel was what I’ve experienced when staying at Hampton Inn in the past. Easy checkin, clean, good breakfast.

Suzi at the front desk was awesome … checked me in and had me up to my room in no time!! Breakfast was great food was prepared well and area was extremely clean… Room was super clean and spacious….

Dog barking & whimpering. Door handle broke and couldn’t get in the room unless someone stayed in the room. No one came to fix it. Checked out after one night - shouldn’t have stayed that long. Waiting for a refund.

We were in a second floor room. Did not like kids on third floor running and jumping at night when we like peace and quiet. Other than that, everything was great!

Would stay at again. No issues whatsoever.

Breakfast was good; Kudos the kitchen staff. Very friendly staff at the front desk. Also the bed was very comfortable. It was very hot outside and I appreciated walking in to the reception area to some cold water to drink. I would stay here again.

Comfortable rooms, however, can hear noise from rooms above in upper levels.

The smell of the chlorine in the rooms and hall around the pool area was overwhelming even with two huge fans growing nonstop in the hallways otherwise the overall stay was very nice
