Breakfast was very good and the waffle Maker worked excellently!

The grand kids liked the pool too much and I found it difficult to make them leave.

The hot tub was down for 2 out of the 3 days we were here- when we asked the staff member in the evening if 7/18 she was rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge my questions or concerns and continued looking at and eating her pizza as she sat in the dining room. I had to ask for towels/wash rags/trash bags, etc every day because nobody came in and cleaned our room a single day we were there. They said “when our hot tub is down you can go to genesis for free”. Well that’s a huge inconvenience to have to drive just to do that, when we paid quite a bit of money to even stay here plus we had horrible service and some unprofessional staff- plus it was 8 am on 7/18 and we mentioned there wasn’t any more coffee and nobody ever made anymore.

It was a descent stay. Building equipment droned all night so tough to sleep. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare and average at best. It was okay but we’ll explore other places on our next stay.
