Best Western Prairie Inn & Conference Center

Loved the courtyard access and adjoining room. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Have stayed there before and will again.

Very dated and no restaurant

I was not aware we couldn’t add a three year-old to our reservation so it was a tussle. I wanted my money back but then we settled for $40 to add an extra guest. We had a good time overall though and they were super nice.

How the hotel had a courtyards

We have stayed here many times before and this time I had a few complaints. There is no fan in the bathroom and the tub was not draining properly after taking a shower. Pillows in room were very uncomfortable for your neck however the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. Eggs had a weird consistency and oder. The potatoes were very tasty. I chose this Best Western because of location. If I return for a stay I would hope for some improvements

Great location and easy access.

Security door between rooms would not lock. When leaving waited too long for a desk clerk and did not receive a receipt.

Decent hotel Rooms are clean Wish there was some closer restaurant options

The room smelled Like mildew as if the carpet needed to be cleaned,built in wall blow dryer was sticky and dirty when I picked it up to dry my hair.
