"I would not recommend this property for any family to stay in"

The property was old and outdated

The property looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms were old and rundown toilet was broken in the bathroom. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was major security issues as the external door was broken and anyone could enter an exit through it without a key fob. We ended up checking in and then checking out once we found another hotel. We refuse to stay there with our family as the photos on the website did not match the reality of the hotel and the safety issues alone would’ve done us in. There is no way I would ever stay at this property with my children. I’m requesting a full refund but the hotel won’t respond to booking.com.

Enjoyed the amenities, location was nice. The hotel has lots of outdoor space for walking or sitting. Inside was clean and quiet. Painting and caulting in some areas, especially in the bathroom, was sloppy and unprofessional. The lounge was closed, apparently permanently. Breakfast was nice. Fresh and warm. We requested an additional night, it was available, but the rate was more than we paid for the three previous nights combined. So much for loyalty.
