Enjoyed Courtyard Room with lovely seating outside. Especially , in this weather with friends. One of the best breakfast in Best Western Hotels. Staffs are polite and welcoming . Front desk attendant guy was super cool , thank you all for accommodating our requests

"Was ok but needs updating."

All the public areas looked good.

Bathroom was an issue. The baseboards looked dirty. The floor didn’t seem clean. The shower needed to be replaced. Our room was on the first floor next to the outside door. It didn’t seem very secure.

It was very enticing beautiful on the inside and very clean. It was very warm filling.

I would’ve been able to navigate the building better if I had a map of how to get to other areas of the hotel.

"So Bad that I left and did not stay at this hotel- no heat. It is winter in Illinois"

I walked out and will not pay for this room. There was no heat in the room and it was a very cold night. The halls of the hotel were not heated either. I told the front desk to just cancel my reservation and I would leave. I got a big run around. My wife and I decided to just leave. You should not allow this facility to operate as a Best Western. It is substandard.

wasn’t a good stay at all , room was very cold the heat wouldn’t come on , breakfast food wasn’t so appealing, felt like i was being watched my whole stay everytime i came outside
