We are staying here with our 10-year old daughter over Easter holiday. She absolutely loved the kids club. The staff there were all super friendly, attentive, caring and playful. A very special shout out to Mr Korn who went the extra mile to make a very fun holiday for our girl! Thank you :-)

room look a bit old, but overall, everyone good service makes us forget about this Everything overall was a great experience. I had a really fun time with Korn. He was very friendly and kind. He played with us table tennis and gave us prizes after we finished the game. He was very nice to be around because he was always talked to us and made us happy. He also was very funny telling us jokes and making sure we were feeling good. Korn is a very good staff member. He is the best we have ever had

Wonderful property with so many extras and niceties! To clarify- I stayed at the Phuket Marriott Beach Club. They share all public areas, pools, restaurants, etc with the JW Marriott. That part was unclear to me at first- but a brilliant idea and such a great vibe and endless options. Facilities, food, staff, activities were top notch. But the sand on the beach is like butter! I can’t rave enough about this property. We have been vacation club owners for >30 years and this property definitely stands out!

Lovely vegetation, beach, pool and facilities Ginja restaurant and siam deli were both fabulous A great reunion or family vacation spot The cold towels at the pool are a nice touch!

Rooms while plush and large are dated - it would be useful to update to bedside charging ports, better light controls etc

Me and 9 other family members stayed here for my 50th birthday in March. The hotel, pools, beaches and restaurants were all 5 star. A truly amazing place to be. I wanted to take a minute to mention “The World Class Concierge Oy.” Oy was truly amazing. She worked with me for months planning my first vacation to Thailand. She truly went above and beyond. Not only did she arrange transportation and activities flawlessly for my time in Phuket. She arranged transportation and activities to and from other hotels. Who does that? She single handedly made my time in Bangkok, Chang Mai and Phuket amazing. I can’t say enough about her, if you get a chance to use her services, do not hesitate! Thanks again Oy!

I had a great experience in JW Marriott Phuket. I visited the place as part of my company retreat. During the retreat we had several events and one of the events was about best dressed male on the gala dinner. I wanted to try something different so i wished wear a traditional thai female costume(Am a male). Since I did not have the costumes with me, I reached out to OY from the concierge. She was excited about the idea and was ready to help me. She tried connecting with few nearby costume stores but the costume was unavailable as it was a last minute. So she decided to get some help from the internal team to get the costumes. And she connected me with Rita from kids club. Rita then helped me to get the costumes and also showed me how it should be worn. And fortunately I won the best dressed male competition also. A big thanks to OY and Rita for making it an incredible and memorable experince. This is an appreciation post more than a review and it shows how seriously and professionally they take of the guests.

Staying at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa was an amazing experience. The resort is beautiful and peaceful, set right on the beach, making it feel like a true escape. The landscape design is next level. The rooms are comfortable, the service is warm and attentive, and the food is excellent with plenty of options — breakfast is a highlight. A perfect place to relax and unwind.
