I had an incredible stay at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, but what truly made my experience unforgettable was Oy—truly the definition of “Perfect Oy Concierge.” From the moment we connected, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my trip was perfectly arranged. She organized my Elephant Care Phuket experience and my Phi Phi Island tour, and both turned out to be absolute highlights of my visit. Everything was seamless, well-coordinated, and completely stress-free. What stood out the most was her genuine care and attention to detail—this wasn’t just service, it felt personal. She truly listened, understood exactly what I was looking for, and delivered experiences that exceeded my expectations. One of the most meaningful moments of my trip happened during my Elephant Care Phuket experience. Thanks to her going the extra mile and letting them know I was celebrating my 40th birthday, the team surprised me at the end with a dessert and candle, and even gifted me a small elephant stuffed animal as a souvenir. It was such a thoughtful and emotional touch that I will never forget. This trip was incredibly special to me, and Oy played a huge role in making it unforgettable. “Perfect Oy Concierge” is truly an asset to the hotel, and her passion for hospitality shines through in everything she does. We stayed at the hotel in a wonderful way. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. And there are many activities in this hotel. We are happy for the whole family and have a wonderful breakfast!. Beautiful property and great experience of hospitality and service at this resort. From the facilities to the restaurants everything wasbtop notch. A particular mention about " The incredible Oy- concierge" She was extremely helpful and efficient in planning our trips with our senior parents and young kids. She followed up and made sure all details were covered and explained before hand. Me and my family would like to thank her and wish her the best in her career and life.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, creating a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well maintained during our stay. The adult pool staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always made sure we felt comfortable. The restaurants also had a very cozy atmosphere, and dining there was always a pleasant experience. The entire staff was consistently friendly, smiling, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would especially like to highlight Oy Concierge, who is an incredibly kind and lovely lady. She helped us a lot not only with everyday matters but also with planning our programs and activities, always making sure everything was perfectly arranged for us. What a great 5 day stay at the JW Marriott. The reception staff welcomed us like we were family. We spent an evening talking with Karen, the Operations Manager, who gave us a grand vision of enhancements that are sure to elevate the experience. A big shout out to Zen, Morn, Kai, and Jay at the adult pool - what sorcery do they practice - anticipating our needs before we do!🫠 I look forward to returning to the JW Phuket soon

The place is very cozy and the staff name Boy is very nice he taught me table tennis and badminton while give me exclusive popcorn making class for free!
