The breakfast buffet was excellent, and most of the food was truly delicious. What I enjoyed most about our stay at JW Marriott Phuket was the genuine friendliness of the staff. Every staff we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and highly responsive throughout our stay. My husband and I had booked an island hopping tour, but the night before the trip my husband injured his back. We reached out to ask whether it might be possible to cancel and receive a refund, fully aware that the notice was very short and that this might be very difficult. OY and Malai at the Concierge went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to their support, we were able to cancel the tour and receive a full refund. We were extremely grateful for their kindness and understanding.

הכול במלון היה פשוט מושלם - שדרגו לנו את החדר ללא תוספת תשלום -המסעדות במלון טובות מאוד במיוחד המסעדה היפנית . הבריכות ממש גדולות ונוחות ומעבר לבריכות ממש על חוף הים יש 2-3 מקומות של מסג על החוף

ירידה לחוף הים בעייתית כי היא מאוד תלולה ואין כסאות נוח ושמשיות בחוף הים

Bel hôtel dans un style Thai au sein d'un jardin luxuriant. Très belles piscines. Très grand hôtel mais cela ne se ressent pas. Personnel vraiment très attentionné. Bar très agréable.

Il y a vraiment un problème avec la qualité de la nourriture qui n'est vraiment pas au niveau sachant qu'il n'y a rien autour. C'est la première fois que je vois cela à ce niveau d'hôtel en Thailande. Il faut vraiment travailler ce point. Ce n'est pas acceptable.

The property is absolutely stunning. We got a family suite and there was ample space for the three of us. The staff here are one of the best i’ve ever interacted with. The breakfast spread is a must!

The only thing i didn’t like so much was the fact that we were far away from the city’s center. This is something the hotel can’t help, but that’s something you’ve got to keep in mind before booking as it might get inconvenient to get taxis on the way back to the hotel at night.

Porzadrivzystosc na basenie i wokół. Śniadania były wyborne łączne z świeżo wyciskany mi sokami.

Zbyt słaby wybór alkoholi i Zbyt drogie. Jeśli robi sie happy haker to na wszystko a nie stwarza minimalistyczna liczbę alkoholi. Ponadto ceny alkoholi podawane są bez podatków.Powoduje to ich wzrost o około 20% co nie jest w żadnym cenniku. Dotyczy to zresztą nie tylko alkoholi ale całej karty menu.
