JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa

It was good hotel buy we came with a newborn so it was a very difficult experience for us since it was way too hot I wish it would have been colder or have places with more AC But its great for couple i think There is a manager name Game, he gave us a really good experience, truly appreciated his help and service!

Sehr gutes Hotel, aussergewöhnlihe Ambiente, fabelhaftes Frühstück, toller Strand/Beach. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Old and gross. Can’t believe this is a JW. We literally checked out and went to a different resort.

Thieves you took from me 15000 usd and you they didn’t accro change the date even as we have a health issue suddenly they just stole the money very bad experience.

We stayed two nights at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Mai Khao and had a really great stay. The location is very convenient for the airport and also if you are coming from or heading to the Koh Yao Yai pier. It’s quite far from Phuket Town or Patong, but for us that was actually a plus. The resort is huge, which is normally not really my thing, but it’s designed in such a spacious way that it never feels crowded. There are several pools, including a nice adults-only pool. The facilities are excellent as well, with tennis courts and a large, well-equipped gym. Breakfast has a huge selection and everything we tried was very good. We also had dinner at the beach club one evening — great setting by the sea and a very relaxed atmosphere. Although the hotel isn’t really in the center of anything, there is a small open-air shopping area within walking distance with a few restaurants, 7-Elevens and pharmacies, which turned out to be very convenient. Overall, a very comfortable resort with excellent service. We would definitely stay again.

Marriott Resort was beautiful and perfect for our stay. Rainbow was very helpful for checking in and out. In fact, all of the customer service was top notch, room service, pool attendants, waitresses, etc. Highly recommend!

There is just so much to do at the property! The views, pools, pristine private beach, the fire show, the hospitality.. were all exceptional. The staff were particularly warm and welcoming. There are a lot of activities for kids as well and the Kids club was a nice fun place for toddlers to burn their energy. Also the French toast at breakfast, was hands down the best I've ever had. I would go there again just for that!

The room felt old and tiles and furnishings are a bit dated. Not really a problem though, unless you want modern luxury for your stay.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur traumhaft. Ein besseres Resort, haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit aller, aber wirklich aller Mitarbeiter. Ob an der Rezeption, ob in den Restaurants und an der Bar, ob das Putzpersonal oder der Gärtner. Alle sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hotel is tired and needs an update. Staff is disorganised. Many mosquitoes.

What a great hotel. The room upgrade was amazing overlooking the ocean. Special thanks to Athena who checked us in and made sure everything was perfect. Such great pools, with a swim up pool bar and excellent service. The adult pools was quiet and peaceful. The beach and ocean are amazing, you can walk and swim forever. Special recognition to Oy at the concierge, for her support and attention while we were here, she is a special type of person who cares about her guests and goes the extra mile to make sure they are comfortable and well cared for. Thank you for making our stay so amazing.
