The staff were very accommodating.We had an issue with the A/C and he switched our room with no hassle..

The pool is not heated...That's not really that bad but it would have been nicer to be able to swim...We have stayed here before and we can tell that the hotel is beginning to show its age...The tap water had a murky brown look to it so that was definitely concerning...

It was close to the interstate and close to some good restaurants!

The bathrooms needed to be upgraded, the TV didn’t want to change channels and volume didn’t want to go up by remote, also it wasn’t too many channels on the tv!! The breakfast could have been better if it would have had different choices in sausages and better service in the breakfast area!i feel it should have had grits /gravy instead of oatmeal at the breakfast area and no one made sure items was good when people was eating

The staff was very nice.

The room was a bit off. Chair shoved into a corner, toilet paper roll missing, chipped paint everywhere. They might be doing a remodel? Not sure.
