The facility is old. Chipped paint on the walls, caulking around the tub is cracking. The toilet needs to be upgraded to a taller one.

Air freshener is piped in the HVAC, mostly likely to mask the slightly mildewed odor.

Did like variety

Breakfast was cold not as good as when we stayed there a couple of years ago. Also hated the TV provider, it was hard to navigate the channels.
