4th time at Mantra on Russell now. Love the location and usually get "good" rooms. With extra guest, i was hoping to have separate toilet (which we did have last time) but apartment was still lovely. Like the 2nd television in the bedroom. Lifts are generally pretty quick.

Looked forward to relaxing spa, but it was not heated one of the days we were there. As we get older, stepping into shower over bath gets a little more difficult but I guess we will ensure to book accessibilty apartment when really needed. Lighting in kitchen and dining area could be a little brighter.

The room was great. Very spacious and relatively quiet. Morning construction adjacent started early-ish, or more so, their music was noticable.

Loved the space of the room and the reception was spotless and staff were attentive and friendly very professional,

Even though the room was excellent and spacious the bathroom shower was a bath/shower witch was a bummer but overall amazing location and clean and fresh room
