Perfect location for me

Bathroom a little dirty (some hairs and a couple of small stains on towels) but otherwise a fabulous room and I had a great sleep

We had a really pleasant stay at Mantra on Russell. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel also left a thoughtful birthday gift and card for my husband which was a lovely touch. Overall, a great experience in a convenient location—would happily stay here again.

The indoor pool was a little cool as the weather is cool outdoors so we couldn’t use it with our 2.5 year old.

Pool, spa & sauna were good. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety.

Swipe cards were extremely frustrating in the lifts. Even saw some cleaning staff getting frustrated with the system.
