Great apartment & super clean. Staff were fabulous and Buffett breakfast was nice.

Having 5 people stay with one bathroom, there wasn’t enough hooks or racks to dry the towels. Also there was no fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogged up for a while after showering. Was very clean though.

Great pool/ spa. Large outdoor area on 6th floor (next to pool/gym) The room was pleasant and spacious. The balcony was a pleasant bonus. Convenient location.

"Clean hotel, amazing staff, perfect location"

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, we were able to check in early and only booked a few hours prior to showing up. We often visit Melbourne from Tasmania and this is where we will be staying in the future! The buffet was beautiful and had a large range to choose from.

"Great location, sweet as"

We liked very much the secure parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room/bed was very comfortable and clean. Excellent location, easy walk to theatres and great choice of dining. Breakfast was great.

Only one extra pillow in wardrobe for a queen bed, I know we could have called for one, but you know, there should have been two. Breakfast was great but did not have the tiny individual spreads, felt that I was in the way when putting jam on my toast.
