The pool and gym are fantastic and the bed was so comfy and I do like that the window opened

The smell outside in the street was rank and the hotel goes a bit overboard trying to counter that with air freshener.

Carpark had a lack of information. Not even a sign at the lift to tell you this lift is inside the mantra and to go to ground level to check in .

Property was very close to the Comedy Theatre - our reason for booking.

Bathroom style better suited to more able bodied. Walk-in shower much easier option. Tile style felt dated. Reception staff couldn’t tell us details of offerings on digital message board eg. Free walks in Federation Square. Query - what time A: Don’t know. Q:Where exactly do you meet or what do you look for? A: Don’t know. Q:contact number A: Don’t have one. Went to Fed Square - only found paid ones; went to Info Centre at Town Hall for help. Even that would have been a good tip!
