Great views, location was perfect easy quick walk to shops, cafes, surf club, tram. Really good. Will be back, Breakfast great too. Parking easy and only $20 Pool and hot tub great, have a poolside bar as well.

Really nothing, it is a little dated as are alot now but clean and very comfortable and good price.
