Very dirty homeless people

Friend got locked in bathroom and maintence could not get him out. Elevator doesnt work.

I walked up to the counter after purchasing a room for the night, the guy at the front said that he is sorry but he doesn’t know why but the payment didn’t go through on his side, I even showed him my debit card transaction history clearly stating I had a room reservation on Expedia for that night at that location. He said I can’t give you a room you should recive a refund within the week. That was about a month ago I REFUSE to pay for a room that we never even got the key for, me and my girlfriend had to sleep in the car i need that money back now

No television in the room even after having the girl from the front desk up to look at it. Breakfast consisted of white bread and dry cereal with no milk. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to accommodations during a stay.

Roaches all in my room

The USB port was not working. The carpeting was old and in need of replacement. The ice machine was on one floor. The stay was bearable but I would not book this location again.

Waited for 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. Kets didnt work the next day, waited again for 15 minutes and no one showed. I left to eat inner, came back and still no one at the dsk. I called the phone twice before someone answered while standing at the desk. Very out dated bathrooms and showers. I didnt shower all weekend because it didnt look clean.

Was ok. Had to wait to check in because no one was available. No iron in room. Microwave didnt work, smelled like smoke. Was quit stay which is nice.

Poorly kept overall.
