Days Inn by Wyndham Mesquite Rodeo TX

The day shift is great. And the breakfast buffet was not a great. There was no breakfast and it wasn't time for breakfast to end.

There were several people hanging out in their cars when I arrived. The room itself was extremely dark. I realized quickly the people in the lobby were either not staying there. They were either transient or they were living at the motel by possibly the week. I did not feel any immediate threat but I did feel

Was told noon checkout was fine. Cleaning started knocking at 8am, and then every hour after that. At 11:30 front desk banged on door for same reason. Both opened my door after hearing my voice and telling the 12 checkout. The night before waited 15 mins in lobby while apparently clerk got her groove on with bf. No body wash in shower

I didn't even stay there. Nothing but 18-wheel trucks. Other people there were questionable and I didn't feel safe, even before entering the property

The room are very old dirt smell like old cigarettes.

Room not towels entry doors not working room no clean

This was not good stay. Room had roaches, nasty smell, and broken door. Unacceptable. I was locked in the restroom for 30 minutes

The electrical outlet for the hair dryer had no power. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal, 2 small muffins, and one yogurt. When I asked if they could restock breakfast, they brought a loaf of bread and a few more muffins, 20 minutes later. The lady was not happy when I asked to restock the breakfast. There were no fruit or no protein options. I am sure this is not standard. I could have gone somewhere else cheaper with no breakfast. This hotel does not serve breakfast and should not advertise that they do. I will not return. We left and ate somewhere else. Very disappointed. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful.
